Privacy Policy

Play Park, a Harbor Privacy company · Last updated June 29, 2026
The short version: Play Park is built privacy-first for families. No ads. No ad tracking. No accounts needed to play. We never sell your data, and we don't try to figure out who you are.

What we don't collect

What stays on your device

Play Park saves a few things in your browser's local storage, on your device only: your chosen display name and 3-letter initials, your theme and sound preferences, your game progress and achievements, and whether you have Pro. You can erase all of it any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Leaderboards

When you submit a score, we store only your self-chosen 3-letter initials, the score, and a timestamp. That's it — no names, no accounts, nothing that identifies a real person. Initials are passed through a profanity filter.

Analytics

We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics (Umami) to count page views and which games are opened, in aggregate. It sets no cookies, follows you to no other websites, and collects no personal information.

Payments (Play Park Pro)

Pro is an optional one-time purchase handled by Stripe. To process the payment and let you restore Pro on another device, Stripe collects your email and payment details. We store only your email address (to confirm you're a Pro member). We never see or store card numbers.

Children & families (COPPA)

Play Park is family-friendly and is designed to be played without providing any personal information. There are no public profiles, no chat or messaging, and no behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Pro purchases are intended to be made by a parent or guardian.

Security

Everything is served over HTTPS, and we practice data minimization — the best way to protect data is to not collect it in the first place.

Your choices

Clear your local data any time from your browser settings. To have a leaderboard entry removed, just email us.
